I decided to start a log to help motivate, track, and encourage others. I am 21 current weight is 180lbs and around 18% bf
I am currently on a calorie restricted diet around 2000k a day. I go to school full time so i'm looking to burn some stress also My current work outs consist 5 days a week no longer than an hour at the gym. I like to get in and fuck shit up
my split as followed:
1. Chest and tris
2. legs
3. shoulders and traps
4. back and biceps
5. rest or cardio
6. depending on mood legs or back
7. off
I may rest on the 6th and work out on the 7th all depends on mood. I currently am suffering from a pulled groin so legs and some cardio are out for now but its been almost 3 months so I assume it shouldn't be much longer My supps are whey protein, multis, fish oil, and some ntbm products
