Note I actually went 8 days on, I did not feel that I should count the first two since my numbers were not near as good as they should have been.
I am not following a CKD workout yet, been sticking to my bodybuilding routine. Maybe not a good idea. I am staring to sprint 3x a week, that should help.
Ketostix, not so sure about them...I go to sleep with LARGE KETONES and wake with NEGATIVE???
How can that be right? Would I exhale and sweat out all ketones? Am I not burning fat overnight???
The most noticeable side effect has definitely been brain farts! I am a Business Analyst...so this not so good in my professional. Energy is quite low, strength is doing suprisingly well.
I have finally purchased some flax oil, I have capsules too, but that is not very cost effective. No ALA, damn expensive.
Tomorrow is CARB DAY! I have been dreaming about eating CARBS!!! I expect to blow up like a balloon if I understand correctly-my muscles will have the ability to handle 3xs the glycogen and H2O they normally could...HMMM. Seems as though I could expect to SEE a VAST difference in my muscles!
Oh well, any feedback to this rant and CKD info is greatly appreciated.
