My First Stick, by Wayneboard1

I DID IT. I did my first test/eq shot right into my quad. My whole right leg feels like it is going to fall off right now and my heart feels like it is racing about 300 beats per minute but I am still alive and massaged it for 5 minutes really hard to work it all in. I stuck in in about 1.25 inches (using a 1.5" dart) and slightly pulled back and saw 2 bubbles pop back out, so I then slowly started to inject. Man it seemed to take forever, and the funny thing is, I sat there with my phone ready to dial 911 if something happened, or I got bad gear or something stupid on my part. LOL So far about 7-8 minutes has passed, I keep rubbing it and am trying to calm down. I am covered in sweat. LMAO. Man, I know it makes me sound like a wuss but sticking someone else, and getting stuck are MUCH easier than sticking yourself. But I did it thank the Lord.

SO after all that, 6 months of research and learning, pestering the mods and members here, I did it. I first off want to thank Elite Fitness, without you, I never would of found my home *tear* and I want to thank Radar, Silverback, Apexx, Terminator, PolfaJefa, Fergie, Ulter, Mr. X, chefbone, sweed, krishna, and my good old buddy Sparetire and anyone else who I forgot to mention. I could not of reached my goal without all of you there to answer my questions and constant PM's. I want to thank my mom and dad for having sex so I could be born and finally inject into my right quad. And last but not least I want to thank Ballys. Because without you, I would not of seen the light and left to find a REAL gym! :D

Dang, by the end of this post my leg is KILLING me...and I'm horny.....damm test. lol

Leg will be more sore tomorrow. . .do legs today you will. Also, I've always heard that it's a good idea to get blood flowing in the injection area ASAP. . .do legs now.

Congrats bro! You will always remember your first shot. I sure as hell do. Looking back I can't help but laugh at myself. I wasn't freaking out, I was just very anxious. After I had spent the money and knew that I was going to compete I knew it was gonna go down. I'm not a fan of needles, but I took it like a champ. The feeling of relief after that first shot was beautiful. Now get your ass in the kitchen and eat!

Leg hurts like heck it does. heat with pad I must. drink southern comfort I will. :p

Too late, I got this after my workout earlier. I did find that using the heating pad really helped a lot. Plus I massaged the crap out of it yesterday and also spent about 20 minutes after my workout walking on an inclined treadmill at a decent pace since I really could not bring myself to hit the eliptical or treadmill. I will get back onto it on tuesday, thats my regular leg day anyways.

I kid you not though, I am SO tired. I was told I may feel a little lethargic on test but I came home after my workout and ate lunch, then went to sit back and watch a little TV while it rained, the next thing I know 3 hours is gone and I wake up to a Lake Mead sized pool of drool. Damm, I guess I needed to rest more than the 9 hours I got last night. Workj is gonna suck if this has to happen every day.

It's hard to tell what to expect having not done any gear before this cycle, so I think it is 100% mental when I think I recooped faster after a certain set or what have you. I did chest and bi's today and even though I pushed it hard like I always do, I did feel not near as wore out as usual. I can't at all beleive it is the test and I know it's not the EQ yet, so it's got to be that new cycle high. I like it and I figure it will only get better. I do have a dull headache that won't go away however, but since I took a hard nap this afternoon and I always wake up with a dull headache after any nap I take, I don't think it is gear related. I am pretty sure I am hypersensitive to anything that feels off, and wonder if it is gear related or not, but thats just the newness of it all.
 
Congrats on the first shot bro! Make sure you tan and get ahold of some acne stompin' gear. Personally, I'm an olive skinned Italian who almost never gets zits, but after a couple of weeks it started to show up. Then my dumb ass added some dbol to the cycle and it f'ing exploded. Dbol is OUT for me during summer months.

What to expect? Unquestionable confidence, no self doubt, and alot of boners when you least expect them. Oh yeah....and some muscles!!!

I am eating thats for sure. Trying to really concentrate on one meal at a time to keep it clean and not give in as much as I do sometimes. I tell you though, my leg is still REALLY sore. The heat helped, and some icyhot and an advil but still. I am going to have to work my leg days to be right before a shot day because I could not do anything worthwhile regarding legs until 3-4 days after the stick. I assume it will get easier as the sticks happen but maybe some advil before the leg day will help as well as just suckin it up and working thru the pain. I am after all, an animal. :evil:

Speaking of legs being sore. I hit my quads with QV enanthate. I have a massive quad sweep now, I just can't walk real well. My legs look fucking ridiculous, the swelling makes my quads look unreal. I am gonna miss it.

I haven't tried a quad shot yet, but for me, the first few shots in the glute made me a little sore...nothing too extreme. I'm kinda creeped by the quad shots for some reason. When I go to a shorter ester on my next cycle. I'm gonna see if I can get away with glutes and delts only.

Yeah silverback says aleve, but that stuff has never done anything for me. I will try aspirin I think but I might have to take about 800 millis to get the same effectiveness of half that in advil. I didn't realize advil messed with peotein synthesis. How so silver?

The delt shot actually was what bothered me, and I was told to stay away from quad shots since it's my first cycle, but I decided I could make myself stick my leg and I wanted/needed to see what I was doing for my first few shots. However, it does hurt like a mutha.

Hey, on a related note to my first cycle here....I had a coworker tell me today that he thinks I am in an unusually good mood. I just laughed and thought nothing of it, but he looked at me kinda strange and laughed. Come to think of it, yesterday and today, I am SKY HIGH man. I am usually a happy go lucky kinda guy, nothing gets me too up or too down I'm just even keel, but man, I feel PHENOMINAL. I can't help thinking it is test related. Am I just off my rocker or what? I know I may want to fele good and am excited about possible new gains, but DAMM. If this is test related, I shall NEVER stop. LOL
 
I think test definitely elevates the mood! I know it seems to help me be more able to shrug bs off. I think most on here will agree with that.
 
Well, the concept of SLOWLY injecting may of been why my first stick hurt som F'ing bad! I jsut did my second one and went SLOW and honestly, it did go in like butter and didn't hurt. Geesh.....what a novel concept.
 
OK, so I felt a lot better today sop I went back into the gym. I was going to do slow today and see how I felt, and I felt good so I did my back and bi routine and added some calves in there for good measure. I noticed something last night, and while again, it may be imagination, I noticed a few more veins across my shoulder and chest than normal. Wierd.....I have 3 sticks under my belt and both my quads feel like someone took a rubber malet to them, but oh well, I'll live. I feel good, and a TINY bit thicker. Water I bet, but my chest around under my armpits and back in the same area feel a little tighter in my shirts. I do realize all this may very well be 100% mental, but ignorance is Bliss sometimes huh?! :) The sticks still hurt, but I am getting much quicker at it now, and it only takes me 5 mintes or so to draw and stick. The first time my chicken breasts were done before I was able to stick if that tells you anything. I added 1 extra set of everything to my workout today and it felt good but I am trying to be very cautious about overtraining. Tomorrow is chest day, and then leg day. My ATF squats are feeling really good and solid, so we'll see how my deads are this week as well. No noticable bloating and no gyno allthough Radar swears I sit here and play with my nips thinking I have the big "G". LOL OK, thats all in my little journal of sorts. I am off to bed, I am tired.

Dear Diary;

Jenny Parker made me made today, but I will call my "peeps" and have her taken care of ASAP. I would bet the EQ is starting to effect my appetite. I woke up STARVING this morning and I rarely am because of my nightly ritual of protein that always keeps me going till morning. I have already eaten 6 meals today, but the fact that I had a decent sized meal this afternoon, then had to take my ritual sunday afternoon nap, and 1.5 hours later I am famished is a bit odd. Is this food being digested or is it just sitting there and wanting more? HELLO?!?!?! This might be a problem because if I get so hungry I can't stand it, I start to eat whatever I can get my hands on good or bad. I need to find that perfect food to keep around to snack on that won't kill my waistline at the end of the day. Of course work has been as busy as it can be, and my workout yesterday sucked length wise, I will ljust have to hit it harder tomorrow I guess. I still feel a little swole, but also a bit thicker in the midsection which I didn't want, but such is life. I did chest yesterday even though it wasn't my regular chest /tri day I just wanted to workout. I was able to muscle up about 10 more lbs (each side) on my dumbell bench so that was nice. I struggled but my form was solid and I did it slow so I felt good about that. I think this being only my second week, I am still finding my footing gear wise, and things should start to fall into place and I'll get my rythem shortly. OK, thats all folks!!!

What kind of test and EQ are you running? Now that you are 10 days in, any sides, inappropriate wood? What kind of weight gain so far?

What do you mean what kind? It's Test LE and EQ but I'd rather not say the labs or anything. :D It's secret!!!

!0 days in, my 4th stick is tonight sometime, but I have to go workout legs first. Yeah, the sex drive was always high anyway, so I didn't expect to notice much of a difference. I have had a few instances where the dog wondered what I was looking at until my baby got home. She likes it though. (the woman not the dog) No acne, some water retention in my midsection, and yesterday was the first day I really felt bloated. My water intake was a bit lower than normal, and I had yet to take my liquidex so I feel better today after peeing 7 times in the night. LOL I swear, It's so hard to rest when I have to pee every frigin hour, on the hour. Oh well, my kidneys and liver love me. My lifting is up a bit, but nothing to write home about. Today is leg day and that usually seems to be my gauge as to how my lifting is going. If legs are solid, this will be a good week. I really think the hunger from EQ is starting to kick in because I never have had a problem with hunger noises or panges. I swear, I eat a meal and 1.5 - 2 hours later my stomach is gurgaling again. I wake up and bolt to the kitchen SUPER hungry. Wierd but I just have to take one meal at a time and try and keep it clean. I'll admit that is hard for me, I love to eat. I feel think throughout my chest and back, and I noticed my arms feel pretty good and are much harder. I am excited to see how my legs respond to my workout today, I think I will push it up there in weight and see how much I can get done without hurting myself. Well, thats that for now. Thanks for asking and I'll keep posting on here if anyone cares to read it.
 
I felt pretty good at my leg workout today. Nothing to major to report weight wise. I was a bit dissapointed that they gym I work out at had the AC broken today and for some reason they got rid of their scale so it was HOT. Just when I needed the scale most so I may have to go buy a cheap one. I just did my 4th stick and it hurt like hell. I have to be honest, this injection thing SUCKS. Not because of the pain of the shot or anything, it's the pain AFTER the shot. I am doing all I can to ease the pain, massage, heat, aleve, trying to keep it lose but I guess I am just not used to it and it sucks. I walk around like I have lead boots on or something. LOL And before you tell me to stick somewhere else, I really think it will only relocate the problem, and they way I am doing it allows me to to workout upper body hard, and time my leg workouts so I do them just before the 2nd shot of the week when I am the least sore. This EQ appetite thing is going to be a problem I can see it now. My stomach is so tore up from the hunger pains it sucks. I feel like a damm pig now. LOL I guess not much has changed really. I am in a good mood and not thinking of quiting or anything, but having a bad day I guess. Well, enough of this I am off to go eat AGAIN; dammit.
 
I totally agree, it isn't the shots themselves, it's the after effects. I hate that shit. I am doing everyday shots with tren now, definitely have a little delt soreness. I'm afraid that doing 9 shots a week that I'm going to run out of spots, maybe I need to grow another appendage.

Yeah, that soreness builds and just when you think it's going to taper off, you wake up the next morning (after peeing 16 times in one night mind you) and you gotta drag your leg around like quazimoto all dadgum day. I am a little concerend about some looks I am getting from coworkers. The first few days I could explain it away, but now the 4th straight sore thigh and alternating exactly? LOL It's gonna be fun!

Dang silver, 9 shots a week? I don't think I could do that. I am reading up on Primo and satch may of won me over with his constant raving about it on the boards. If he can promise me I would get a body like his, I'll do it and sell my right nut for it! Afterall, it's shrinking away to nothing now anyways. LOL

Unfortunately I'm just running 37.5mg a day, I don't have very much so I'm spreading it out to get me to my show. I only have 20ml at 75 mg/ml.
 
That's actually pretty standard for a first time with tren (75 eod). I started with 75 ed, and have since backed off to 100 eod upon advice from members.

8 or 9 days. I was lethargic at first, but am over that. I'm just now starting to notice strength increases, and the pumps are awesome. How long you been on it? You noticed any sides yet?

8 or 9 days. I was lethargic at first, but am over that. I'm just now starting to notice strength increases, and the pumps are awesome. How long you been on it? You noticed any sides yet?
This is only my second day. I don't think I will be able to get any pumps with how low my carbs are right now. Tear. I just want to harden up and wreck shit on-stage.
 
Hell ya bro! I've never dieted or prepared for a competition physique. I think I want to try it just to see how my body does. I'll have to get some pointers from you.

I would be glad to help. I think everybody should do it once if they are serious in the gym. The changes your body goes through can't be described.
 
Well I'm actually trying to cut some now. Probably nothing like you're doing, but I wouldn't mind getting more into it. I don't know much about carb cycling or anything. I probably wouldn't know where to start beyond my intensive cardio, and clean diet. What's my next move?
 
well I discovered something last night by accident. I was getting ready to do my 4th stick, and had heated up this rice heatpad thing I have that I use for sore muscles, and to warm up the quad before a stick. You nuke it for 2 minutes and it stays hot for about 20. Right when I was ready to stick the phone rang, so I set the syringe inside the heatpad where the needle would stay untouched and up in the air until I could come back. I was on the phone for about 5 minutes and when I cam e back the syringe was very warm almsot hot. I waited a minute and stuck myself, and I noticed it was easier to inject it. Then when I wake up today expecting to be really sore, nothing. I don't feel ANY pain at all, not even slight discomfort. I guess I wasn't heating up my gear enough but now I know how to do it! Sweet, this is going to help and really boosted me up a bit. No mroe pian 4 days after a stick, because I was already getting sick of always being sore and I was afraid it was going to start affecting my leg workouts more. Of course I may wake up tomorrow and can hardly walk but I am happy today!

I assume you are heating the amp? Using a nice clean Terumo 23g 1.5 in your ass? Doing 5 minutes of massage? Maybe sit on a heating pad for 15 minutes? Stretch the glute?

If you are doing all that, then it is probably the gear. Not much you can do about it. (One of the reasons I chose the Galenika, is that it is painless. My 1st choice was Aburian Iran, but I had to go with Galenika instead - no regrets.)

LOL...man I was joking about pissing 16 times. I usually piss 2 MAYBE 3 times in a night nothing to lose sleep over. (hardy har) I was doing the stretch, the stick after a long hot shower, massaging the quad for longer than 5 minutes before and after the stick, I think the problem was that I was not heating up the gear like I thought I was. I would run it under really hot water for a minute or two and/or hold it in my hand for 3-4 minutes, but getting it very warm, almost body temp maybe was what seemed to of made the difference here. Between my post earlier and this post I did about 30 minutes of cardio and felt it, but it didn't hurt ot bother me at all. I think really getting it warm almost hot but not hot makes the difference for my leg. I was glad I found it out. Yes, using a 23 gauge stick, all I have are 1.5" but I don't go in all the way and leave that extra half inch out mostly. I am going to work back tonight so this should be fun. :D I am looking forward to seeing the EQ start to kick in but figure it won't for a few more weeks. I am only just now finishing week 2 on a 15 week cycle.
 
Oh man, I hurt the last 3 days with no elite, I think I am officialy an addict. Anywho, started my 3 week and starting to notice something kick in think it was the test. Not sure when the EQ starts and my hunger was really high last week but it seems to of tapered off a bit so not sure whats going on. If test is this good, I bet 500 instead of my 250 would be great! My legs are not hurting at all anymore aftere I started to really heat the gear good before my stick. I use my heating pad and man it makes a HUGE difference! Today is leg day so I am looking forward to it. I think I might of tweaked my shoulder yesterday doing overhead presses. It feels wierd and I always get that "clicking" in my shoulders no matter what angle I do it in. I hate that and don't want to use a machine but that seems to be the onlt thing that doesn't make that squishy clicking sound.

I hate to admit it but this will not be my last cycle; I already know that. LOL I lkike the quaility gains concept and IF this EQ cycle works out, I may look at primo. My second mortgage paperwork is in so I can afford it however. :P OK, glad to be back.
 
Well, had a crappy leg workout today, my lower back was just sore for some reason. But the heating pad will take care of it so I had to do leg press instead of squats today. Oh well, I just went even heavier on it and blasted my calves and hammies as well. On a good note, I put on a polo type shirt today that I had not worn in about a month and I swear to you it looked too small around my chest. I wear XL in about everything and always liked that and this shirt is an XL. I had to kind of chuckle at that but I can't afford to buy new clothes. LOL I weighed myself tonight after my workout and I was at 222. I was at 215 when I started 3 weeks ago. I don't feel much water retention at all but I am sure a lot of that weight is water. Oh well I feel good other than a few lethargic spells that only lasted about 24 hours and my crappy leg workout tonight. SO far so good and I can't wait for the EQ to kick in. I have to be careful because I am already thinking about what to run fo rmy second cycle. Talk about the cart before the horse!

Southern Cmfort is SO good straight but I am staying off the sauce and have been for awhile. It easy to stay off when working out and eating right, etc. So is tonight when u r gonna try the scrip sleep aid?

That's a good decision. I still won't have it for a few days, I am definitely ready to have some sort of normalcy in my sleeping patterns again.
 
Well, did shot # 6 last night, no worries anymore. I am quick, effective and they are painless now that I have my shower and heating pad routine down. The hardest part of it all is finding a free moment without "prying eyes: to stick if you catch my drift there. I slept for 3 horus yesterday and 9 last night and I woke up feeling great. I just had my redbull(sugar free)/protein/vitmin shake with my egg white burrito and will be hitting the gym in a few hours. Today is back day and I like that day. :D No acne, no "rage", no negative sides besides the naps needed while on, but I kinda like them. I love to sleep. I seem to be up about 7lbs or so, not sure how much is water and how much is muscle. Of course the EQ has not kicked in I would imagine so it's all test at this point. I will be upping my cardio to 4 X's a week for 30 after each workout except legs to help keep that fat from kreeping on and I don't suspect this will be too much to lose any muscle gain. Had a few issues with feeling bloated but that was because I had totally forgotten to take my liquidex for 3 days, so I took it and later that day it seemed to help. I think I am a bloat person. If I don't stay on top of that, I feel I could very easily bloat up like a beached whale. Which makes we wonder what I would look like on 500 of test. I keep pissing and am making my coworkers wonder just what the hell is wrong with my bladder. I am just waiting for one of them to ask me if I have a "control problem". Of course I hope thats when I hope to have my first bout of "the rage". :D Funny thing is, I piss and piss and piss, and yet my pee takes FOREVER to get clear. I just have to keep drinking more I guess. OK, thats all for now.
 
Atta boy - I have shot #4 coming up when I get home..then I take an hour nap before my 9pm game...Naps rock!

I am up 10lbs in 17 days. i love this shit.

OK so what does an EQ pump feel like if it even exists? I just got back from back and bi day and man, my arms are swole up from the floor up! I swear they are WAY harder and pumped than ever before and it has to be gear related. I'm only on teh start of week 4 so I didn't expect anything EQ related yet. Thanks
 
Always hungry, greater sense of lethargy(maybe from the combo of test), at the gym I got swole. Awesome pumps. Lasted forever with me. It got to the point where I would go sleaveless at the gym to check myself out. I had never done that. It was sweet. Enjoy it. EQ is the best.

Sweet but I am keep it on the DL. Sleveless shirts? I bet you have a sun and barbed wire tattoo huh? :P JK man, I like what I am feeling and I am more tired but it may be the test. I think I may of gotten some effects of the EQ today because the pumps I got were incredible. I wish I would of discovered gear about 5-6 years ago in my mid 20's.

No, I have a giant Chef knife and sharpening steel on my calf. Instead of rivets in the handle, it has skulls. The knife is being sharpened and there is blood all around it. Also a reflection of half a skull in the blade. The whole thing is about 8 inches and it's f'n sweet. I show that fucker off. I don't care.

i get headaches from test all the time, but it could be the fact that i'm working my shoulders/neck/traps out a lot hard which could be causing the headaches..but i did get them a lot more with test (one of the sides)

Easier to see especially with my shakey hands at first. :D Easier to reach and I don't like sharp things near my butt. Plus with any pain, I don't sit on my legs. lol

well after reading that radar left, and also after laying in bed last night and just feeling a little achy and flat wore out from a hard days workout and work itself, today is going to be nothing but watching TV in bed. I am not sick or anything and just did my 2nd stick of the week, but I have the day off, I am all caught up on everything, and my "little lady" is at work, so I am going to vegitate. I had a great workout yesterday and halfway thru if I would of been alone at the gym I would of screamed I was so pumped. I was about to rip the walls off and frigin eat them man, steel studs and all. Ever feel that way? Just let it all out in a final set you knew was in there somewhere and it just came ripping out to the surface where it would not be denied? Man, I had that yesterday and it was incredible. It might of been my best workout that I can remember as wierd as that sounds. There was nothing I could not lift, nothing I could not do and it was focused like a lazerbeam into my arms and shoulders. I was Arnold, ATlas, I was IT. :) I frigin love how that reads and remember how it felt. If I could workout like that everyday I would need a full days rest after each workout to recoop, which is what today is. I need a day like today and can't wait to watch rerun after rerun of the Dukes of Hazzard. When I laid down last night my whole body went "THANK YOU" and just sank into my bed. I slept like a baby man, like a rock on a log what was drugged. I was supposed to do legs today but that will wait until tomorrow, my bed is calling me. WHen was the last time any of you just took a veg day and did nothing? I think we all should from time to time to recharge and let the body be still. Of course I will check back in from time to time today but rest is on the menu today. That and maybe even a beer. :O Heres to you Radar! :beer:
 
so I had a great day off yesterday and got some good rest in and slept well. I woke up ready to hit it again and am gonna blast my legs today! I have got to get some breakfast and coffee and go cripple myself. :D Yesterday was just what the Dr. ordered.

I did cheat a little and had a glass of wine last night instead of a beer but drank so much water for fear of lsing too much from the alcohol that I don't think it was TOO bad for me. But no more alcohol until I am done with teh cycle and PCT, thats my pledge. I weighted myself and am at 225 today! :D Again, mostly water I bet since it is only the start of week 4 but still, I feel good and swole. I love my muscle. ;)

So logic tells me it has to be a lot of water allthough I do not feel or look bloated, I can't imagine gaining even half that in muscle right? I have gotten a few comments from coworkers saying I am looking a bit "thicker" which is good. I have not felt any telltale signs I am gaining a bunch of fat or anything, my pants fit the same in the waist and are slightly tighter in the thigh area and my shirts are feeling tighter in the arms and around the chest back area so I feel it is well proportioned. It'a hard to know what to look for this being my first cycle. Does anything you read raise any red flags to you silver (anyone)?

Had to take tha last 2 days off from the gym, I may be hitting it a bit too hard and something is not quite right with my last quad stick. Nothing warm to the touch, no mass or bump or anything and the stick itself went well everythign was as it has been, but it felt like my first stick all over again times 10. I seriously can barely walk it hurts so bad. I can't even bend it far enough to put my boxers on...so sad. I sat in the hottub this afternoon and relaxed, and while it helped a little, I had to take some advil, nothing else was working. That helped a little but man, my other stick for this week is tomorrow and I am going to be hurtin if this is how it is. going on 3 days with it just getting worse and no let up. Other than that, I am ok. WOrk has been busy so life has kept me a bit frazzled this week so that lead to headaches and workouts that while decent, could of been better looking back. Oh well, just push along. I don't want to take anymroe time off, but I kidna feel like I need 2 or 3 days to just sit and do nothing. maybe all mental but I don't want to overtrain, I fall into that trap too easy sometimes when I get momentum going. I feel like I am wasting myt gear if I am not working out, but rest rest rest is what I tell myself. Well, off to get some lovin and then to bed. ;) Happy 4th yall.
 
why not do a test shot in one quad and an eq shot in the other.. i didn't read the whole thread so i dunno if someone already mentioned this..
 
Go for the glute, I think there is a black and white difference when it comes to soreness. I did my first quad shot a week ago and I still have slight soreness in my leg. When I shoot my glute, 2 days TOPS w/ no heating pad or aleve. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did. Remember, real men take it in the ass.

I friggn wish I could do nothing one day.........not even mean lay in bed, I mean no lifting or no cardio for one friggn day....lol

what are your current stats bro? Diet and training regimine?
 
Man...well just got back from the gym and my chest and tri day went ok. Had good energy and pushed it hard, my bench is up about 20lbs total in 4 weeks. I have to say though, I really feel just mentally wore out. It's wierd because while work has been crazy for a few weeks, I can usually handle it, so I don't know if this is gear related. From just a mental standpoint, I feel happy and all, not sad or depressed, but kinda mentally "blitzed" for lack of a better word. I took a day off last week and then didn't lift the last 2, but after I lift today I come home and man, just zapped. Not physically as much but just mental. I have no point of reference here so I have no idea if this is gear related or not. Like I have said in the past I can get a little too motivated and feel I am a likely "candidate" for overtraining, but I have overtrained before and it's nothing like this. It just feels wierd. I take a lot of naps and I mean like 3-4 hour naps and then sleep another 8 hours that very night with no problems. I am up too 225 as of 2 days ago, and have 10.5 weeks left on my cycle. Other than that, feeling good but I am going to have to diet down alot after this. lol I am VERY hungry all the time now, and it's not my imagination anymore, I know this has to be the EQ.

AHHH, love the feeling of EQ. Dude, start taking some caffiene(if you don't already) before you workout. Not only will it stimulate but if you feel you are starting to eat too much it will curb some cravings. Another thing, make clean and healthy foods easily assessible all day long to eliminate any possible cheating. :Chef: :Chef:
