Decided to try weights chin ups to hit biceps, I did a set at the end just BW doing the top part of the chin up to focus on the bicep. Im consistently over 230 lbs on the scale now dont seem to really be adding fat which is good

Barbell bench press

warm up - do a few rotator cuff exercises motion with a 2.5 lbs never mentioned that before

So I made a few changes I don't do the wide grip hammer strength machine any more or the incline fly machine I feel the regular works my chest better; now I just do 4 exercises total on chest day . I use a lot of time on flat bench press warming up takes a while. I jumped the gun on my weight again I was 225 this morning not over 230 I drink a lot of water so that adds up as the day goes on, but I don't care about that I just want the muscle tissue and the strength. I have increased my bench strength about 50 lbs thus bar which is awesome. Probably have another 6 weeks on the test before PCT so I hope to continue. I hope to have a good leg day Sunday. It does seem that I have gotten a little bit leaner as well as getting bigger so I am excited the hard work is paying off.

@GMAN007 the changes are good you just need to stay moderate on all of it. Even with the bench boost.
you want to do PCT, you sure? not self-TRT?

What do you moderate? Like not increase the weights I want to continue to get stronger. Why do you keep asking about self trt ? I know if I do that that’s forever not sure if I’m ready for that yet. I’m confident with proper PCT and hcgenerate I can maintain most of my gains, Is that why you ask about self trt?

@GMAN007 not increase weight is right but increase reps is good bro :D
I dont think you need to stay on PCT forever but possible. Yes I do like self TRT for a lot of guys because the PCT time for many is a mess.
How about a short TRT 4-5 weeks and back on cycle?
