My ex is purposely trying to induce her labor early

Most pregnant women dream of an induction at week 37. The doctor will say no don't worry. Its normal for her to want it to be over glad.

At 37 weeks let her try different things..quit being so judgemental..you have not carried this baby or had any responsibility yet as far as this baby is concerned. I say this w/ love glad. :)

BULLSHIT. If a man has to pay for the damn thing, he should get a say. You produce a physically or developmentally challenged child on purpose through inducing or refusing to eat properly, the father should be able to opt out.

just fuck the shit out of her and immediately send her to the hospital afterwards gaped so its like she's dilated...better do it in the parking lot to be safe. Or scare the shit out of her...I hear that works too.

Nothing she can do at this point will induce labor.

As far as her diet is concerned I think the worst that will happen will be baby with high cholesterol...maybe chris knows better..she shouldn't have nausea this far along though so her excuse is bullshit. I won't comment on the McDonalds part because I do think that its a little ridiculous to be eating that all the time but the baby will get the nutrients it needs first and she will be the one shortchanging herself of nutrients not the baby. I'm sure she's taking a prenatal..right glad? Is she really eating NOTHING but McDonalds?

Glad..be sure to tell her the smaller the baby the less milk can fill the stomach..more times getting up at night to feed the baby. :)

Its not worth it.

lol well...I remember what it was like towards the end. 33 weeks is a little early to be thinking about induction but she's also really young too poor thing. She's probably hoping that in a month she can convince her doctor to induce somehow.... he won't.

I love glad too..sorry glad..just giving you a woman's point of view...when I was pregnant most women I was talking to were really ready for it to over around the 35 week mark...counting down the days at that point..

I know if some guy was telling me how to eat and not to want to schedule an induction I'd be telling him to stfu...seriously. But that's why I'm basically single too :)

The problem is that shes 33 weeks right now so March 12th she will only be 36/37 weeks.

That's assuming her due date is accurate. At best, it can be an educated guess and if she's not the most reliable girl, ie: not sure who the father is....it could come anytime between those 2 dates.

The doctor should be going by things like measurements and position of the baby, more so then just the calendar. I was induced at 35 1/2 weeks (according to the calendar) and my son was normal size and development.

It could be just talking too, Glad. Cindylou is right...by 33 weeks, you're just dreaming for it to be over. I'm pretty sure I said on more then one occasion...what can I do to start labor?!?
