hello all
let me start off with some info=started training april 19 2009(starting weight was 353ish) my weight now is 273lbs im 6'5 and age is 25. My diet has been the same since starting date. My goal is to cut cut cut to 230-240 at will see how i look, odds are will cut to around 210-225. Want to get my bf down to low teens before a bulk cycle. Training as follows 3on 1off 3on (six days a week) cardio=3-4 tims a week 10-15min before training and 20min after , also do abs before and after every training day. I usally weight lift for any where form 1.5-2.5hrs depens what bodypart im doing.
2-2.5 gallons of water everyday
Deit:Morning=bowl of total with fruit and fat free skim milk and a glass of OJ.

3hrs later=2 peices of honey flex whole wheat bread and 2.5 tablesoons of reduced fat peanut butter.

3hrs later=2 peices same bread, 2-3 oz. of turkey breast (deli meat) 2 peices of cheese(varys) 1 tablespoon of reduced fat mayo , 1 tablespoon of mustard, and a peice of fruit.

3hrs later pretty much my last meal = turkey burger on whole wheat bun with cheese and salsa and some vegs or chicken with vegs or a healthy choice meal pak.

1hr before gym will have 2 scoops of protein(whey) with fruit 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 11oz of fat free skim milk.

After gym will have 1 scoop of whey and 1 scoop of casein.
Also take fish oils with every meal and have 2-3 cups of black tea.

I know i dont eat enough (around 2000-2500) or am I? Its just hard to eat i have to force food down sometimes cuz im just not hungry. Is there something i can take or do to eat more (if needed), or is there some foods i can but in my diet that will give me more calories and protein? Also since my protein has bcaa and glutatime in it.Is it a good idea to put even more?

thanks for taking the time to read this .. i appreciate any and all feedback.......

There isn't enough protein in the diet... you need to add some kind of protein to your first meals ( i.e eggs, egg whites, any kind of meat which is not too high in fat like red meats, etc.).

Also workouts are too long try not to go past 1 hr and a half lifting weights. Lift heavy and eat right and you'll lose weight and you arent eating enough :P I know it's hard eating alot I'm bulking right now and eating 4500 kcals and I'm 6'1 and 150 lbs XD. Anyways good luck post some pics someday.

Drop weight training to 1 hr, drop the bread for carbs and start hitting up some low gi carbs like oats/sweet potato, drop the orange juice for water, have your casein protein before you goto the gym to preserve your muscle and use your whey when you have finished to hit your muscles fast, throw more steak/chicken/fish into your diet with each meal to increase your protein intake, if you can get your cardio in on an empty stomach in the morning and you will be better off. Wouldnt worry about extra glutamine or bcaa's, just get your protein intake up with food. Keep training hard mate.

A number of positive benefits have been identified with maintaining your bodies natural pH through rightful alkaline-acid diet. Decreasing your chances of such abysmal diseases such as diabetes, heartburn and arthritis immediately come to mind. Freeing diabetics from their insulin deprived fits has resulted in sustained weight loss. You will also start to pinpoint how people have seen great weight loss as a result of an alkaline diet. Your metabolism is able to function more efficiently when the body is freed of its toxic state. Proteins and fats are burned and stored properly.
