My Diet Journal: The Road to Increased LBM and Decreased Bodyfat Begins TODAY!!!!

Looks like a decent diet. I might use most of it for mine as well except i weigh in at 165lbs with about 15% fat i guess.

Why would you want to double your intake? By doing that your gonna turn your diet/ lbm plan into a bulking diet..

As long as I'm eating this clean I will only put on lean mass. Right now I'm only around 2500 calories so I'm not taking too much in at the moment.

I think the most important thing is the combination of protein, fat, and carbs in each meal.

Ok I decided to increase my meats to 7 oz and do and change up around some new meals so I don't get sick of the same shit.

Here we go:

Week 2

7:15
6 egg whites
2 slices whole wheat bread
.75 tbsp of natural peanut butter

10:00
4 oz of 99% FF ground Turkey
.5 tbsp olive oil
1 cup crushed tomatoes
3/4 cup beans

1:00
7 oz of red meat/pork
1 cup of brown rice

4:30-5:00
7 oz chicken breast
4 oz yam
.75 cup mixed vegetables

8:00
7 oz pork loin trimmed/filet mignon
5 oz sweet potato
.5 cup mixed veggies

10:30-11:00
1 scoop of Micellar Casein Protein
4 oz of skim milk
1.5 oz banana
1/2 TSP of Natural Peanut butter

Your last comment is not true. Even with a clean diet you will add fat. Any caloric excess fo calories will be stored as fat. If you workout some of this will be used to build muscle, but theres no way getting around some fat gain. Also your not gonna gain much muscle if your eating maitenance calories and doing lots of cardio. The only exception is if your on some strong AAS's like tren.

With the cardio I'm doing I can pretty much guarantee that I will not gain fat especially if I'm eating every three hours thus keeping my blood sugar levels stable. We shall see though, this is the whole point of the journal.
 
what is the deal with the margarine? that is pure Hidrogenated oils Bro, ditch that shit. There are plenty of good fats around to settle for that... Hell, even real butter with its crapload of saturated fats is better than Hidrogenated (hens Trans) fats.

Ya your probably right. I took it out. You think the new meal plan looks better now?
 
gain 11 pounds of LBM and lose 13 pounds of fat? wheew. those are some pretty high goals, and in 3-4 months, virtually impossible. I'm not sure where you got the nutritional info for some of your foods (i.e. 6 egg whites 45g protein? more like 18) but go for it my man. good luck.

I measured my body fat today and I'm at 12%. Don't know how accurate that is but I do look alot leaner by looking in the mirror. Here is my new diet starting today. Mostly increasing my protein intake.

7:15
10 egg whites
1 oz of oatmeal with vanilla and equal
1/2 tsp of natural peanut buter

10:00
7 oz of 99% FF ground Turkey
1/2 cup of cooked brown rice with 1.5 cups broccoli
1/2 tsp of olive oil

1:00
7 oz of red meat or chicken
1 cup of brown rice

4:30-5:00
Repeat meal of 10:00

8:00
7 oz pork loin trimmed
1 cup brown rice
1.5 cups mixed veggies

10:30-11:00
2 scoop of Micellar Casein Protein
4 oz of skim milk
1.5 oz banana
1/2 TSP of Natural Peanut butter

3/4 cup brown rice
1.5 cups mixed veggies

10:30-11:00

4 oz of skim milk
1.5 oz banana
1/2 TSP of Natural Peanut butter
