My diet and my doubt

Dude, i think i am getting scared.

Current;y my diet goes a bit like this. Its not in order, i am just telling what i take a day.

5 Full eggs (including yellow)
1/2 litre milk
1 kilo banana (4 to 5 big ones)
lots of rice (Like a mountain)
beef for lunch and chicken at dinner + fish
A gallon water
potato balls (4 egg sized ones)
soya beans (a handful)
some more stuff that i get in that day like fruits, KFC, etc
Protein powder
Creatine

My BMR says i need 2800 calories for survival. So for bulking i might need a 3500 cal. I think this comes somewhere close.

But u know, i have never taken so much food in my life. I am a 100 lb, 19 yr old weekling. So thats a uber high food intake for me.

But i recently saw a video about Katsumi Kitamura in youtube. He died so early because of faulty food habits (u guys know it better than me) + excessive workout. I workout an hour or an hour and half a day. But i practice dancing (bboying)for around 5hours a day and i get hella tired and sweat like a pig also. Plus i take this much food a day. Do u think i have to alter something so that i remain healthy????

I know this is a stupid thread. But i am just confused because mixing the whey protein with milk, takin creatine etc doesnt suddebly sound very healthy for me. I bought them only b4 2 days anyway. Just convince me that its allright takin them

Peace

From what ive read Katsumi Kitamura died from heart failure caused by his diet and diruetics he was using in the run up to a BB comp. He took things to the extreme and unfortunatly paid the price. And yes, Whey/milk/creatine all fine too take. Unless you're lactose intolerant.

You must have calculated your BMR wrong if you only weigh 100 pounds. How tall are you? I calculated your BMR to be 1436 at 5'9" which is a guess. Multiply that by 1.55 = 2225 calories. To gain weight, you should eat about 500 more than 2225, which is 2700-2800 cals a day. 3500 is a bit much at your size. You should add more fat, which is more calorie dense than protein and carbs. Add in peanut butter, nuts, dressings made with olive oil and vinager, or italian type dressings made with olive oil. The fat is very important in maintaining proper hormone levels. Don't get too worried. Eat green veggies too.

the best thing you can do is stop holding yourself back playing with all of those pre set diet numbers. they will never be right. find the protein, carb, fat ratio that fits you by the only effective system (trial and error) and go from there. keep yourself full and figure out what foods do what for you. figure out how to get your body to be able to use more food more often. theres not a book, person, or website that can do that for you. chug milk and eat eggs, broccoli, oats, and eggs all day long if you want to grow.

so many people dont understand that you can get yourself to metabolise way more food than it normally does. but you have to train hard and eat the right foods at the right times. you have to know how to balance the simple and complex carbs all day and night long. stay away from fit day and all those no carb before bed diets. they will serously hinder your growth.
