thanks to all...

i will try to get them posted to a site that all can see...i got 3rd in Heavyweight and 3rd in 40-49 class....so I was pleased...but then I was happy just to say I had competed and that I didn't forget my routine or have an attack of stage fright! LOL!

Fly...it was the Tennessee in Cookeville....was the show Aug 17, the week after the Knoxville....

I was actually going to drive up there for that one, but decided against it. I'm glad that you did well, though! Wish I would have been there to cheer you on. A couple of my buddies competed in that contest, too...you may know their names. Dave Herschman, Shay (don't remember his last name), and Marvin...crap...forgot his last name, too!

oh and Fly...we met Shay....he won the overall Mr. Tennessee....I think...

met him Friday nite at weigh in....he was looking for a room....as was everyone....they had softball n little league tournaments the same weekend as TN and rooms were hard to come by!

I didn't realize that he had gotten overall. I thought that he got third in his weight class. I'm not for sure, though. He looked good, though, but had a little extra around his waist, I think. My buddy, Dave, looked much better.
