well i went 5 days low carb (at about 80-100g a day)
and went high (200-300g) for 2 days on the weekend
i lost 4 pounds(probably water weight)
strength really hasnt changed, i didnt really notice a diff today in the bench, probably due to restoration of my glycogen stores due to this "carb cyling"
lipoflames been great thus far......still waiting on my amp 02 (OMEGA!!!)
