my ass again

OK I already asked but was hoping maybe somebody out there has seen this before. I shot up 1cc of organon sust on thursday in my upper outer right glute. Now I have a big lump right at the base of my spine on the right side. It isn't red but is a little warm. What the hell is this? It is way away from the injection site, and there is no swelling at all there. And I am sure I didn't inject it at an angle. Anybody?

Oh yeah the lump is hard, it feels like a bone sticking out!

Don't worry bro happens alot with sust. I'm on sust right now too. My last injection was fine but the one before that still hurts and it feels like its at the base of my spine. It will go away though don't worry.
