Over the next 12 weeks i will write down my diet and training for each day.My stats before i start are,5'9'',25 years old,235 pounds,about 25% bodyfat.My goals are to reduce my bodyfat levels and increase muscle definition.My diet is very different in that i am experimenting with eating mainly protein and fruit and vegetables.
DAY 1
DIET-
meal 1:8 egg whites,2 yolks and 1 orange
meal 2:1 tin tuna and 1 apple
meal 3:chicken and large salad
meal 4:same as meal 2
meal 5rotein bar-45 p,18 c,14 f
meal 6:chicken and large serving vegetables
TRAINING-
1 hour cardio before meal 1
Chest,Biceps in the afternoon.
**1st day felt good,got to take this 1 day at a time**
