mr x and other vets, could u please take a look at my diet for this cycle...

okay heres the break down of the cycle:
Abombs 50mgs ed week 1-4
Test e 600mgs ew week 1-12
prop/tren 50mgs of each ed week 4-12
winny 50mgs ed week 6-12
proviron 50mgs ed week 11-15
clen start cycling at week 6. on off every two weeks
dont think im ready to mess around with t-3 yet

using aifm and also have adex and nolva on hand...

6ft tall
started the cycle at 204 9%BF and i am currently 217 dont know BF% -3 weeks in
this is my 4th cycle

diet so far has been like this.. tell me what changes you would suggest as i start to cut more. my plan is to hit 225 then to start cutting so im planning on hitting 225 around week 5

NOTE- my current living situation makes my available diet rather limited

meal one- weight gainer shake about 800cals

meal two-,2 packets of oatmeal, half a cup of milk

meal three- 6 oz of steak and 2 and a half cups of white rice (cant switch it to brown sorry)

meal four- regular protein shake

meal 5- canned chicken and a kashi cereal bar

pre training meal- weight gainer shake, or maybe a peanutbutter sandwhich (just wanna spike the insulin levels which some simple carbs)

post training meal-3-4 chicken breasts, love fat yogurt, lowfat oatmeal cereal mixed in with the yogurt

meal 6- weight gainer shake

snack- some 94% fat free popcorn and a glass of pineapple juice

meal 7- regular protein shake before i go to bed

regular protein shak is ON 100% whey protein

so far im please with the gains ive made, i wanna hit 225 and then start leaning out a little though

now keeping in mind that my available food and cooking conditions are limited, what changes would you make to the diet?
once i hit 225 i know i should start lowering my carbs, but still keep them for pre and post workout, any other suggestions..?

You say your not ready to mess with T-3,But bro thats a heavy cycle,Well atleast for a beginner..If I am going all out like that and already have Clen and have access to adding T-3 I'm doing it..IE--I would throw the T-3 in you will love the results..Just make sure when you run it your also running some type of AS with it because it will burn muscle as well as fat..I have run it with, Of Course Winny, With much success...............
 
As for your diet it is hard to say,On my side. I mean I can gain without eating as much as other people I know, But if your current diet is showing good gains but not quit to the point you would like I would suggest uping your calorie intake slightly..And if your food supply is limited try adding a protein shake in or try consuming one during a workout instead of just after.....
 
I think it's awesome. Rarely do I look at a cycle that is that complex and not find something I'd do differently. You should do very well with that.

If you have HCG use it in week 8.
 
I'd change your last shake to casien protien rather then whey. Cause the casien will take ALOT longer to digest.

Do you need the anadrol there? I would replace with dbol if you wanted an oral in the cycle
IMO, with the diet change you can do this cycle:
Test e 700mgs ew week 1-12
prop/tren 50mgs of each ed week 1-6
EQ 400mgs /wk 1-12

Are you drinking a protein shake right after training? If not, add 50grams whey protein and 40gr dextrose.

Meals: Drop the yogurt, add 2 cups of sweet potato to meal 3 and 1 cup of sweet potato to meal 4 + 1 tbsp. MCT oil

snack- some 94% fat free popcorn and a glass of pineapple juice
replace with protein shake, or weight gainer shake

meal 7- regular protein shake before i go to bed...regular rotein shak is ON 100% whey proteinp

Mr X. first off thanx alot for ur help.. i know i can always count on you for some quality advice...

heres a few answers and more questions for you....


1. ive only got one week left with the abombs so its too late to hange that part of the cycle...

2. im going to run a similar cycle next fall which will include eq into the mix, my boy is running it in the next few months and im excited to see his results..

3. il start adding protein powder into my oatmeal, until i can get some egg whites, can i buy egg whits pre made and then cook the eggwhites and the oatmeal together in the microwave?

4. i was under the impression ur body can only utilize so much protein at a time...? there for i thought a huge protein shake and then 3 chicken breasts was 'over doing it'? is this wrong...? should i have the protein shake then wait 30 minutes, then eat my post workout meal?


5. not saying this in a smart ass way, but what is the 2tbsp. of fiber, psyllium husk, for? where can i get that husk, ive never heard of that before...

6. im going to the supplement store on monday, should i get some casein protein powder for before bed?

7. i was also thinking of picking up some 'liquid amino' from ON. how much would it benefit my body to take a shot of the liquid amino half way through my workout when my body needs it the most...am i going overboard here, am i getting enough aminos already?

8. sweet potatoe maybe out of the question for me... is there anything else i can replace them with...im going to try my absolute best to find a way to get them...but in the mean time i was wondering if u had ne other suggestions.

lol are u serious? wow if u are im glad cause it took me forever to finally get it together
