1. ive only got one week left with the abombs so its too late to hange that part of the cycle...
forget about that part of my advice then
2. im going to run a similar cycle next fall which will include eq into the mix, my boy is running it in the next few months and im excited to see his results..
ok great
3. il start adding protein powder into my oatmeal, until i can get some egg whites, can i buy egg whits pre made and then cook the eggwhites and the oatmeal together in the microwave?
I don't suggest cooking eggs in the microwave, they start poping like pop-corn. If you can, get some of those EGG WHITEs already seperated, easier to cook and easy to store
4. i was under the impression ur body can only utilize so much protein at a time...? there for i thought a huge protein shake and then 3 chicken breasts was 'over doing it'? is this wrong...? should i have the protein shake then wait 30 minutes, then eat my post workout meal?
This has been debated for years. It's a myth. you will utilize and grow from everything. Keep in mind, eating fats, carbs and fiber slows down digestions a lot, so you're not digesting everything right away
5. not saying this in a smart ass way, but what is the 2tbsp. of fiber, psyllium husk, for? where can i get that husk, ive never heard of that before...

beyond a century sells psyllium husk
6. im going to the supplement store on monday, should i get some casein protein powder for before bed?
I suggest egg white protein powder, you can mix it with caseinate protein of course. Most nutritional stores in USA are more apt to carry egg white protein powder
7. i was also thinking of picking up some 'liquid amino' from ON. how much would it benefit my body to take a shot of the liquid amino half way through my workout when my body needs it the most...am i going overboard here, am i getting enough aminos already?
BCAAs are essentially a liquid form of protein (layman terms) with a few extras usually. I think they are a great addition before a workout and PW
8. sweet potatoe maybe out of the question for me... is there anything else i can replace them with...im going to try my absolute best to find a way to get them...but in the mean time i was wondering if u had ne other suggestions.
yams are a good replacement
if you can't do either, you can go with regular potato , just eat the skin - extra fiber
NOTE: wash the potato well before cooking
