Hi All

I wonder if anyone might be able to help, I have predominately always been a martial arts trainer but I am now TRYING to write a fitness programme for some one who races motorbikes.

Now what I will be working on with him is endurance training and his stamina...as racing on the bike is hard work.... but I also want to try and work some fast twitch muscle exercises on his arms, as he needs endurance but also quick reactions... Im also trying to keep him light and dont want him bulking up in anyway.

Has anyone any experience with this sort of training and if so could they recommend some exercises.


You help would be appreciated.
