well, I said I don't know - I've never tried to lift so much weight.. maybe he could give me some pointers on how to do the exercise? He visibly puffed up and started bragging in front of his son, so it was very satisfying to see him shut his enormous mouth once I started repping out full, paused front squats. I think I caught him muttering something about 'steroids' to his son as they walked away from the rack
