Last night I was doing lat pulldowns after deadlifting, and the piece I was using is part of a universal connected to a bunch of different cable attachments.
Personal trainer, kinda chubby, arms bigger than his legs. Was working with some skinny little guy...
"Okay, bicep day! Cable curls! 8-10 reps, 7 sets!"
So he had his client do seven sets of cable curls with about 30 lbs on the rack...while he was doing them himself with about 60 lbs and lots of body english.
He was wearing a bodybuilding.com t-shirt.
I have no faith in humanity.
