I hate people like that. Seen this chinese guy other day, he was really skinny, had tracksuit bottoms on that were really tight round his ass (what women usually wear) and this proper tight t shirt. He looked f*kin disguisting, and a portable dvd player in his hand, watching a film at the gym!!! (LIKE WTF! DO U COME HERE TO WORK OUT OR WATCH A FILM?!) Then he sat on the chest machine, for about 10 minutes, watching a film (I managed to complete 2 different exercises in that time, before he started his first set!) Then when he actualy started doing something, he racked up the weight on almost heaviest weight, did 4 sets (i counted) his form was so POOR. its like he hardly worked his chest at all! then after completing his reps guess what he did? Went back to watching a film for 15 minutes!!! i managed to complete my workout in that time (shoulders that day) before he managed to do 4 sets for chest machine! I hate people like that. Wtf is the point to waste at the gym!?
