More Intensity in Less Time

Lately I've been finding it hard to find the time to work out for an hour, 4-5 days per week. So this is what I've done. Instead of doing sets with a 2-3 minute break in between, for an hour, I now do about 20 solid minutes with little or no break. Believe it or not, I have been seeming to get better pumps and I am much sorer the next day. Overall I just feel that its been a better workout. Anyone else work out in this fashion or have any opinions?

i keep my rest times down to bout 1 minute. i get wrecked off of 3 exercises, 3 sets. im toast by the end of it. and done in about 30-35 min max. ill usually do a large and small bodypart so im out of the gym in 45 min. the smaller bodypart takes 5 sets total cause its usually pre exhausted.

Lately I start with a real power exercise, like
deadlift or benchpress (6-4 reps) and really take 2-3 minutes in between. These sets act to up my overall strength. After that i continue with more specific exercises, like dumbell presses (4*8) and flies (4 * 10) reps, only one minute rest, using reverse pyramids, meaning lowering the weight each succesive set in order to achieve the same amount of reps, thereby really exhausting the muscle.

However, its hard to get stronger using steady reps, hence starting with the raw power exercise....
