Week 7 - Day 2 - April 11th -
Squats - 175x5, 215x5, 255x5, 295x3, 345x3 *PR
Deads - 160x5, 205x5, 240x5, 290x5, 345x5
Chins - 2x8xBW, 1x6xBW
Hammer Curls - 3x55'sx10
Very solid workout, getting back closer to my deadlift PR now. Back is still feeling great...hopefully still will in about 3-4 weeks.
