Zed its so good to see you back on my log bro!!! Hope all is well with your recovery! Man im getting bigger, stronger, and now leaner.. Did legs today man and my last working set I did 405 for 12 good reps man.. The only thing I really havent improved is my deadlift bro.. and I honestly think its a mental thing (ive got several friends and even my brother who have been severly injured from deads) So every time I go to add more weight its in the back of my mind and I end up pysching myself out.. Call me a pussy if you want it is what it is.. Im repn low 3's on my bench which is awesome for me.. Im stuck around 200 on the military press.. I usually just work up to 185 and rep that for a couple sets, I hit 205 for 2 the other day which is my best (most ive ever tried).. Really looking forward to incorporating my anavar into my cycle in a couple more weeks!
