Modified TKD

I was thinking about doing a Modified TKD.. for example doing an Atkin's type diet with 40-50g high-glycemic carbs preworkout on training days -> and then after maybe 14 days doing a standard carb-up day. I am not exactly sure how this will work but from everything I have read this seems like it would be a good idea...

I am thinking 30-40g simple sugars PREworkout and POSTworkout to ensure muscle retention...

Atkin's the rest of the day and on non-training days..

What's everyone think.. I am lookin for MAX fat-loss..

Par Deus / Diet Experts-
So again around maybe 25g PREworkout and then maybe 25g POSTworkout would be okay? I want MAX fat-loss here bro.. would this be allright? Or would all PRE or all POST work better? Help me out.
