After I reach my current goal of 7% bf, I'm going to bulk hard. I should be at 6'4, 180 pds, 7%. I'm 22 and an ectomorph and want to bulk as clean as possible to keep my hard earned low bf% while gaining muscle. I have a diet that will allow me to get about 3500 calories a day from extremely clean protein, carbs, and fat. My question is whether it is important that I continue to split my carbs and fat with this diet. Thanks for any and all help.
