I still habve tremendous problems draggin my butt to the gym...

Hey Daisy girl..I wisch I could..I'm in the office every day about 10 hours..in the morning I tell myself ..this will be the day I will put in a 100% but it never turns out that way..God know I would love to.
 
Your excuses only hurt yourself.....We are all busy..... YOU have to make the necessary sacrifices to meet your goals. Nobody can do that but you.

I'm at work 9-10 hours a day, plus do work at home and I still go to the gym 6x a week. Yes, my personal life suffers, but that is my sacrifice. Luckily, my BF lives the same life I do. My friends get annoyed, but that is theri problem, not mine. I get one life, and I want to live it how I see fit, not by anyone else's rules or opinions.

Wise words..but you know Daisy, its not that I don't want to..don't know how to..if that makes sense to you..I stand there not knowing what to do..uhg..I hate it cuz I'm wasting time.

this is a good place to start...keep getting involved with the posts and ask questions...this is a very supportive board, when you have had enough, you will make the change and take the necessary steps to get there...the mindset comes first... hi and welcome...
 
My wife and I found that we never wanted to workout after a long day at work. After work I want food, then it's late and I don't want to go to the gym. SO... we get up at 5:30 am and workout 2 work days a week (weekends are easier). It was hard at first, but we got used to it. You have to WANT it.
