Did a pyramid cheme type thing today since my gym was closed for memorial day.
1xpull ups
2x push ups
3x sit ups
So here what the beginning looked like
1 pull up
2 push ups
3 crunches
than
2 pull ups
4 push ups
6 crunches
Than
3 pull ups
6 push ups
9 crunches
I did this all the way up to 8 pulls up, no rest between any exericse.
