Might as Well Jump

It really wasn't that bad, just thought it was trendy to blame your life long short cumings on your parents :)

Indeed, personal responsibility seems to be a dying trend. I didn't lose a wrestling match because he was better but because the feds couldn't mandate that I had a better wrestling coach...

I recently went to Dairy Queen and the soft serve ice cream machines broke down

I flashed back to my time in the USAF

PTSD case?

You don't double volunteer for the money...jump pay hasn't increased since WWII and they only made the chutes smaller so reach the ground faster...not so good on the knees...

You also don't volunteer and expect to come out without any baggage.

Army most quickly deployable force in the world thread.

I'm a fan of the 3rd Infantry Division

  • The 3rd Infantry Division is a direct subordinate unit of the XVIII Airborne Corps and U.S. Army Forces Command

  • The division fought in France in World War I. In World War II, it fought in North Africa, then Italy before fighting in France and finally Germany.

  • The 3rd Infantry Division was the first conventional U.S. unit to enter Baghdad during the 2003 invasion, and the first division to serve four tours in Iraq

  • The 3rd Infantry Division has one of the most successful combat records of any U.S. Army division. It has paid a high price for this distinction, suffering more than 50,000 wartime casualties. Fifty-one members of the 3rd Infantry Division have been awarded the Medal of Honor.

Thanks pick....I don't want to diminish the Marine contribution to wars fought by this country but a little scholarship is all I ask in return.
