Med-High Rep Routine Advice

Thinking about switching it up to a Med-High rep routine. Should I redo my who routine? Or just drop weight and add reps.

Here is my current routine.


Mon
Squat 3x3
Leg Extensions 3x20
Leg Curls 3x12-20
Calf Raises 4x10-15

Wed
Bench Press 3x3
Dumbell Bench Press 3x10-12
Dips 4x10
Dumbell Flyes 3x12
Tricep Pushdowns 4x10-20

Fri
Deadlift 3x3
Chin ups 50 total reps
Dumbell Rows 4x15
Back Extensions 4x10
Hanging Leg Raises 5x10-12

Mon
Shoulder Press 3x5
Dumbell Shoulder Press 4x10-12
Dumbell Laterals 3x12
Shrugs 4x20
Dumbell Hammer Curls 5x8-15

i think you can switch it up.... what did you have in mind
 
instead of 3 reps, drop weight and go 10-15 reps.
I think 8-12 is better besides for calves. i would also take out leg curls and add some DB Lunges, flat DB for incline DB, back extensions, and probably change DB Press because you already have standing BB Press.
