Best thing to do is eat good quality food and train hard. Weight gainer shakes are going to be loaded with low quality ingredients and you will likely just add fat.

I’m 145 lbs and 5’11”
my friends make fun of me for being so tiny and I’m 21 years old I would like to bulk up more maybe put on 20 or 30 lbs
they suggested that I get on some meal replacements and also get some weight gainer shakes
which one should I be picking there are so many out there there’s like 1000 of different brands
