I’m 145 lbs and 5’11”
my friends make fun of me for being so tiny and I’m 21 years old I would like to bulk up more maybe put on 20 or 30 lbs
they suggested that I get on some meal replacements and also get some weight gainer shakes
which one should I be picking there are so many out there there’s like 1000 of different brands

get some bone broth and muscle milk those are legit I drink them all the time

replacement shakes are just sugar you might as well go to Walmart meal replacement buy the cheapest ice cream they have and eat a bunch of that that would be the same logic

you should want to build quality muscle and that takes time and that takes quality nutritious food

I would get a good quality protein powder if you go down this route

prepping your own food is the best supplement you can take

hcgenerate is what i would recommend IMO

cardazol pre workout and hcgenerate post workout

meal replacements are a lot of sugar in a lot of bad stuff

I like MRE real food protein

I get what you're saying about meal replacements — a lot of them are loaded with sugar and artificial stuff that isn’t great for you. Honestly, I prefer sticking to something cleaner. It’s much better than some of those sugary shakes and doesn't have all that junk in it.

Plus, it’s a solid way to get your protein without all the extra calories and weird ingredients. I usually mix it with some almond milk, a banana, or some berries for extra flavor and nutrition. You might want to check it out; it’s been worth the switch for me! You can find the best organic whey protein powder here.
