"Pancakes"

Blend in a blender 4 egg whites, 1 yolk, Dash Cinnamon, Dash Nutmeg, Dash Splenda, 1/3 cup dry oats, 1/4 -- 1/2 tsp. baking powder. Cook in a small pan as you would pancakes.

They will be thin & won't puff up as much as regular pancakes.

Roll around sausage link, meatless sausage link or eat like pancakes with Sugar Free Syrup. Throw scrambled eggs in there if you want.
Hey Jen whats the cal breakdown of that and how many does it make, if u have a link to any other great meals let me know please always looking for something made with oats hehe

For all you McDonald's eaters, you need to check out the movie supersizeme.

I input all the ingredients into www.fitday.com. Here's what I came up with:

242 cals, 8g fat (3g sat, 1g poly, 2g mono), 24g carb, 4g fiber, 20g protein.

You can add flax oil and protein powder to up the protein content. If adding protein powder, I'd add 1 more egg white.

I use a very small pan, so I make 3 pancakes -- 1 pancake at a time in the pan.

For more recipes of mine, check thru the Muscle Food forum or the sticky, Recipe Thread!! in the Women's Fitness forum.

When I am there for breakfast I usually hit up 4 sausage McGriddles and down them before my stomach can tell me I'm full.

Yum.

for some reason after i watched that movie i had the most outrageous craving for mcdonalds .. and i never crave for any sort of food.. i was restless that night woke up at 3 am and went and got a chicken nuggets meal. and it was the worst food i've ever eaten in my life.. dont know if it was from my mentality after watching the movie or what but i barfed it all up and i now haven't eaten at mcdonalds in like 5 months.. ya i'd go watch that movie if you never want to eat mickey d's again
