Maybe there is such a thing as carbs being to low and protein to high?

I am in week 3 of test e, eq, and oral winstrol along with femera and t3. When I am natural I have found from experience that I need to atleast consume 1 gram of protein per lb and keep carbs around 175 grams per day, and fats low to none except for a few efa's at night when carbs are eliminated.

I read lots about how being on aas and t3 and how you can get away with tweaking your diet in ways that aren't possible when natural. So I switched my diet to 400 g pro, 90 g carbs total pre and post workout, and 1 TBSP of efa's at my other 4 meals that aren't pre or post workout..... I felt good for a few days then I mentally, emotionally, and physically felt like crap and didn't seem to make any gains over the past week while on this diet.

I actually feel like fat loss came to a halt?? When I was consuming 175g carbs per day approximately and eliminating carbs only for my last 2 meals, I seemed to lean out much faster.

Is this normal? What am I doing wrong? Carbs to low? Need to carb up sooner? Maybe my body/metabolism responds better to moderate carbs and keeping calories instead?

I've tried time and time again to go below 100g's carbs and i just can't handle it. I get moody as hell and just plain angry.. I found that adding "eating a little dark chocolate" worked wonders as did drinking gatorade when i felt the worst. The body doesn't lie.

there's nothing wrong with carbs..you need them to function, bro.

bro you need carbs to produce ATP and even on a cutting cycle you need a great deal of carbs the trick is to know when to eat the carbs there are fast burning carbs and slow burning carbs but even on a cutting cycle unless you are competing dropping below 200 gr a day is bad the reason being one if your immun. system becomes dehiscent in any way your body will shut done its ability to burn fat and the number one way to keep the body healthy is food there is just so much but you will get better gains when the proper diet is in place and also when you cut it’s a good rule of thumb to have a intake of 2-2.5 grams of protein That's when Useing AS

I guess I can handle the moodiness and the mental part of it, but the thing that kills me is not feeling strong and pumped while in the gym. I felt "flat" constantly when my carbs were this low. I am at about 7% bf and was trying to use the t3 along with the aas to preserve my muscle and metabolism while decreasing carb intake. I thought this would really shed the fat fast, but I have to believe from experience that no matter how low you bring your carbs, and how much protein you consume, you need atleast 1g per lb and overall caloric intake must still be below what you expend on the daily.

I guess I was fooled by thinking that since carbs were low, I could really take in some protein and essential fats and gain muscle without putting on bf. However, I think that all the same principle apply to sterioid dieting as they do when natural EXCEPT that protien can be increased slightly and carbs can be decrease a little bit more, but nothing too drastic. Am I on track? Have you guys found this to be true as well?

I must note that I am being very specific, and really trying to pinpoint a ratio of macronutrients and calories that I can shed a little bf while losing no muscle what so ever.

Thanks for the reassurance bro, I have definetly found through experience that what you said is so true. But I somehow always venture off my diet when I am "trying too hard" and end up going some much to an extreme with my diet that my body says F*$k you and holds onto the fat, and won't gain and ounce of muscle.

Whether on or off in my case i still need carbs on a consistent basis throughout the day. I too feel "flat" and week when i'm around the 100g carb mark. Might also be that i'm very active and only get 5-7 hours a night of sleep which IMO also plays a part.
