maximum strength gain

[FONT=&quot]hey, wondering if anyone out there can help me cut throught the bs.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]im a 25 y/o athlete, 6', 200lbs, been lifting on&off for about 10 all-natural years. im planning my first cycle, looking to gain as much strength as possible with minimal mass gains.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]i've read in some places that winny or Anavar with dbol is a good combination for this, other places talk about deca and other gear. i haven't found a lot of good or consistent info on strength w/minimal mass, a lot of sources are all over the place.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]any advice?[/FONT]
 
While drugs play some role here I would still say the way you train and diet are still more important when it comes to gaining weight. Of course with some drugs you retain a lot of water as a byproduct but it's not actual muscle mass and you can get rid off it pretty fast.
 
First, make sure that training is 100% consistent. After that, as the others have said, avoid compounds that cause heavy water retention.
 
for a first cycle, my recommendation never changes... Test only... you could add a sarm like s4 in there, which is tremendous for strength gains
