my good friend and workout buddy smokes daily, including before working out, and is getting huge. i sometimes smoke before a workout and like the other guy said, sometimes it helps up the intensity and sometimes it makes me want to go home.
truthfully... does it matter? if you smoke a lot and work out and see results, whats the problem? if you're smoking and start to see a decline you can always quit. it's like people saying mcdonalds is keeping them fat. some people pound cheeseburgers and are pretty jacked. other people eat cheeseburgers and are obese. but it's your choice, no one is forcing you to eat...
