Thanks for the compliments zips. Pogo, the products I used were UG Vetabolics for the test and tren, GTP Winstrol, Scherring Proviron, and homemade EQ. All of the products were fantastic.

HA! j/k bro, you know I have to take my hat off every time someone SHREDDED posts up pics. Its easy for some guys to get big, but it is TOTALLY different when you shred up and keep the size. Some people have no idea what dedication it takes to get to the physique level you are at now. Again, hats off and post the f'ing diet who cares about the gear!
 
I'll post the diet either tonight or tomorrow. I would have had it up already, but the thread got moved to the gallery and then Polfa was kind of enough to move it back. Thanks Polfa!

For the first 6 weeks of the 8 week diet I did cardio twice a day. 30 minutes after training in the morning and 30 minutes at night. I only use the stepmill for cardio. It will kick your ass! 2 weeks out I dropped to doing cardio once a day after I trained. I cut it out 2 days out.
