major chest problem

Nobody is perfectly symmetrical, but like all the guys have said, just doing more on the smaller side and monitoring it will solve the problem.

Don't overdo it - otherwise you'll end up with the smaller side bigger..

You might well be favouring one side when you train, so be aware of how you're straining when you use the weights for both sides at the same time.

Train chest like you normally do, but at the end of each chest day, do 100 one-armed pushups for the smaller side. If you can do 100 on your first try, then keep adding 10 more to that every workout until your chest is symmetrical. If you can't do 100, then you've got your work cut out for you...

wtf, is that all you can do is 100, i could do that many when i was 11.
