I am a powerlifter and I compete in the 165lbs class. I try to keep my bodyweight about five pounds over that while training. I use more a maintnance diet most of the time and cut carbs when dropping for a comp. I know what diet I need to follow as i have been doing it for ever but I want some new ideas. I am wanting to change things up a little. I mostly use a high protien, moderate carb, moderate fat diet and spread it out evenly over six meals. I would like to change where I was eating 3 big meals a day and have like two other small "snacks" to get my protein in. By the way I dont use any protein or carb supps, I get all nutrition through food. Any advice guys?
