MACA while taking Letro+Nolva?

Hi guys,

I'm currently taking MACA to help with libido. However, I decided to take Letro+Nolva to reverse gyno since I have a small lump under my left nipple and I also have puffy nipples, probably from previous prohormones cycles.

I plan to do something like that:
Day 1: 0.25mg
Day 2: 0.50mg
Day 3: 0.75mg
Day 4: 1mg
Day 5: 1.25mg
Day 6: 1.50mg
Day 7: 1.75mg
Day 8: 2mg
Day 9: 2.25mg
Day 10: 2.5mg - I'll stay at that dose until symptoms disappear then I'll taper down at 0.25mg every day until I reach 0.25mg.

The day after I stop using Letro, I will start Nolva at 20mg for a week then 10mg for another week.

Sounds good? Or it's better to start taking Nolva 3 days before the end of Letro?

Can this plan helps with puffy nipples too or it will only get rid of my lump?

So regarding MACA, I know that Letro will kill my libido but does taking MACA at the same time can help a bit?

Sorry for all the questions but I'm new to this and I just want to make sure that everything is set before I start taking the stuff.
