Lumberjacks 12 weeks of mayhem supported by needto and supps

We havn't finalized how the voting is going to count yet or if facebook will be a part of it ,so don't fret just yet.Lots of details still to be worked out!
 
there is a seriously understated rebound effect on strength. I was soo weak when i was depleted, but was pushing it soo hard, as soon as I allowed a reasonable amount of carbs in my strength and size is blowing up. I've been "off" for 3 weeks now and am hovering around pr's everywhere.

225 * 23 on incline. 255 * 15.


at the end of the 12 weeks: 225 * 10 was very hard.


120 dbs flat * 12

Certainly something for people to keep in mind when they are dieting and getting a mental breakdown about losing too much strength. As long as your still going at 100% your making gains.

205lbs today, still veins in abs.

good point.....yeah most if not all of your strength comes right back after bumping your cals back up....def sumthn to keep in mind when you're feeling week from dieting

Take the guess work out of it and talk to this man. Just trust needto, give it %100.. and boom recomposition.
 
Really enjoying this ephedrine, white willow, caffeine stack.

This must be a super strong diuretic combo. I look like i just dehydrated and fasted for 36 hours. Plan on staying on this for a month to keep things in check.
 
Just wanted to also say what a good time this whole process has been. So much support has been given to all the competitors, and we truly appreciate it. No one was or is a loser in this competition. We all won our own little battles while doing this.

Nothing has ever exceeded my expectations by so much. I can't believe how amazing this trip has been. We've been treated incredibly well and its been an absolute honor to spend so much time with George and Rick. Unbelievable.
 
I am blown away by your results. I have always seemed to be a little on the pudgier side until recently i dropped down to 170, still have some extra chub and have been lifting in the gym for a year or two now and havent seen the results id like for all the time that I have put in, I was wondering where you were able to obtain these supplements and the cycles you recommend, could email if that would be safer.

You still diggin this fat loss stack? Any odd sides or anything to report? I'm considering trying this to burn off those last few around my stomach.
 
yea, its good stuff. Mostly i notice that it helps with appetite.

Hell yeah e/c/a is great for appetite suppression that's mostly the reason I take it. Just have to make sure you're drinking a ton of water cause it will dehydrate you pretty good, sides are pretty harsh too but it definitely gets the job done
 
Wow Pete your quite an inspiration this might be the greatest transformation I've ever seen (including the fake ones). :)You stated 4 years ago you could only bench 170 but now your quite the beast what did you do for such a massive strength increase rippetoe starting strength, 5x5, etc ? :confused:
 
yea, 5 * 5 is awesome. I do it 1 or 2 times a year. Everytime i break pr's although i think i should try some other strength methods, i feel its easier to push a maximum effort on 3-5 reps than it is on 1-3. Im always cautious of injury so the single reps create a mental block for me.
