1: at the end of your showers run hot water onto lower back for about 15 seconds.
2: massage lower back with some sort of electric massager for 10 minutes a day (try to get a girl to do this )
3: stretch your lower back by lying down and turning your hips to either side
4: take some advil
5: drink lots of water
