Lower back fat an issue possibly due to hormone imbalance. Help please.

Hello, all.

I am asking for some help or suggestions. I am currently on medically prescribed hormone replacement therapy. I take 200mg every two weeks. I respond very well to such a small dose. My weight jumped from 188lb and now I currently weigh 236. If I go off of the testosterone I will drop back down to 188.

My problem is that I have an issue with back fat and my ass and hamstrings get dimply. It looks like cellulite. But not sure if it is cellulite because when I drop back down to 188 I get super ripped and lean and the dimply skin goes away. And the thing is, I even eat the same amount of calories at eight weight but when I'm not on HRT I actually look more defined.

I am taking .5mg of Arimidex three times weekly and this has helped some a lot. Not only does it help with estrogenic side effects but it also helps me get wood in the morning.

I have had hormone panels done in the past and everything is within normal ranges (e.g. esradiol, prolactin, etc.). I don't know what they are when completely off versus when I'm on HRT for a good while. All I know is that if I don't take HRT I practically have no free testosterone in my system so I need to be on a therapeutic dose for health reasons.

I really feel like there is something I am missing PCT-wise or some supplement I could use to help me get rid of these nasty love handles and dimply ass/hamstrings. The front of my stomach is fine and my abs are decent and show. It's all in the back that is my problem.

And as far as cardio I ride my bike and do low impact cardio. I have walked as much as five hours throughout the week. An hour here, and hour there either after my gym workout or in the morning on an empty stomach. But it's not helping.

When I weighed 188lb I wasn't doing cardio but I was much leaner.

Can anyone make some suggestions please? I've been struggling with this for years and can't seem to figure out what to do.

Thanks.

Same exact situation w me too. Estrogen causes weight retention around the hips so maybe just keeping it lower?
