low test levels since 25.. help!!!

Good deal.... I'm open to suggestions.. Now what stats you guys need to know and how much detail do you want on my current diet? Even weekend cheat meals?

Did you get your blood sugar levels tested? Low test can be a symptom of diabetes or pre-diabetes as too much blood sugar can cause T levels to crash quickly...

My bet is you are a nutritional train wreck and likely have intestinal pathogens to boot. Did you serve outside the US at all?

They checked that stuff and said I was clear of diabetes.. This was 3 years post military... So don't know if mil diet was a factor that late in the game but I cud be wrong

Just an FYI to everyone... When I question you, it's not cause I doubt you, I am asking so I can pick up the knowledge and info behind all this, you guys say stuff for a reason cause you have come across something.. Probably something I haven't seen yet so that's why I'm asking. Oh and as soon as I get to work I'll be posting my old diet which I found and I started running this since yesterday but I will also post what my diet looked like for last month... As soon as I get to work

Ok so my daily diet contains 3 chicken breast and a lean cut of red meat, raw almonds, grape fruit, oranges, and frozen organic all natural strawberry-blueberry-acai berry mix, avocado, sweet potatoes, rice, plain oatmeal mixed w peanubutter or almond butter, salad w apple cider vinegar and olive oil as dressing, Ezekial bread... Post gym is always optimum nutrition gold standard whey shake and post gym dinner usually has simple carb like dinner roll or Italian bread w butter.. I occasionally substitute one of my chicken meals w can of white albacore mixed w real mayo... Obviously I use all these things to make different daily combos... As for reason I went into doc in first place was from 23 to 25 I had gradually lower energy.. I getting more and more moody and depressed for no reason and dragging myself out of bed in the morning... I felt like a zombie even after 8 hours of sleep and obviously my libido was decreasing.... No matter how much time I spent in the gym my lifts were barely increasing if at all... After starting the shots I started feeling alive again.

Oh I forgot steamed veggies and hard boiled eggs or an occasional omelet... Now as for diet last 6 months that got me to 250 at 20%.... Well pretty much same meats and veggies and fruits but throw in ice cream and donuts for post gym desert every night and BAM!

Once again, your symptoms are indicative of nutritional deficiencies and/or intestinal pathogens which in turn can have a direct impact on nutritional deficiencies.

Nutritional deficiencies are not just about protein, cabrs and fats, its also not just about micro nutrients either. Its about detoxifying and having the right nutrients for your particular needs to overcome your particular problems. Seems like every week this comes up, someone eats a decent diet but still has all these issues. Its not normal to feel arthritic and have hormones out of whack at your age. You can simply try and mask the sides for a time with drugs or you can try and address the underlying problem. The choice is yours.
