low test levels since 25.. help!!!

Ok so what are you suggesting? Keep in mind I have worked labor intensive jobs since 14... That plus genes is what I figured the arthritis was from

Once again, your symptoms are indicative of nutritional deficiencies and/or intestinal pathogens which in turn can have a direct impact on nutritional deficiencies.

Nutritional deficiencies are not just about protein, cabrs and fats, its also not just about micro nutrients either. Its about detoxifying and having the right nutrients for your particular needs to overcome your particular problems. Seems like every week this comes up, someone eats a decent diet but still has all these issues. Its not normal to feel arthritic and have hormones out of whack at your age. You can simply try and mask the sides for a time with drugs or you can try and address the underlying problem. The choice is yours.

in bold.. the sad thing is that its becoming normal to be not normal.

i bet there are millions of guys like the OP in this country.

I'm assuming you guys have diets that are keeping you test levels in line with out test inj? What are your levels at that you guys have the physiques and muscle bound bodies you guys are able to keep?

And if it's a nutritional issue.... Why is everyone else in my age eating roughly same diet not having same issues?

And if you throw 10 people in a room where one has the flu, why doesnt everyone get the flu?

There are so many factors that its mind boggling! Genetics, toxic exposure, oxidative stress.

Spend some time on google and look up any nutritional deficiency, how come there is a laundry list of symptoms for each one? BECAUSE EVERYONE RESPONDS DIFFERENTLY!

Athlete place more rigorous demands on their bodies than the average joe, this creates additional stress which requires additional nutrients which can somewhat be generalized but are also affected by an individuals genetics.

Additionally spend some time googling intestinal pathogens and look at that laundry list of symptoms, you will likely see some eye opening statistics about the percentage of people who have them as well.

If you dont want to believe me, thats fine. Docs have student loans to pay off and kids to put through college and a mercedes payment, they love people who stick their head in the sand. Best of luck.

who said they weren't?

you gotta remember how many of your peers actually run bloodwork.. its less than 1/10th of 1%.

a buddy of mine grew up on a vegetable farm and ate nothing but fresh eggs, veggies, fruits, meats, etc. the dude barely trains and he can run a sub 20 minute 5K. so its not the nutrition you have now necessarily, its what you grew up on .
