low test levels since 25.. help!!!

Ok so since I was 24-25 I had low test levels... One of the numbers I remember from the blood work from my doc's office was 274... This was a legit test and I never ran stuff growing up.. My doc gave me test shot of 300 once a month..

After getting tired of the spikes for a week and then the not so fun drop off for three weeks till my next shot... I decided to give up on it.. Then a trusted source offered me help not too long ago(couple months ago)... I'm currently 28 and my libido is pretty low still.. I do have to admit it's nice to have my lifting pay off once again... I haven't experienced that for a long time up till now.

I know you guys are probably all saying "bull shit this dude didn't have that low of test that young..blah blah blah" but it's a fact.. My body has been aging pretty rapidly since being out of the military. My joints have arthritis and I've been balding since 24. But none the less.. I'm coming to ask all you guys for advice..

I'm currently shooting 250 of cyp once a week and about to start deca.. I'm on arimidex .50 every other morning. Any advice on changes to help out with libido and any advice on doses of the deca, test, and arimidex? Also having some break out issues on shoulders and arms.. I've tried reading up on stuff but I haven't read any cases similar to mine.

Thanks for any help or opinions

you need to list your stats.

your question is two different things.. you are asking about HRT from a doc, and then you are asking about running a pretty heavy cycle.

i'm not sure you can ask a question on here without figuring out what you want to do in the first place.

1 blood test isn't everything.. you should have ran more than just 1 before deteriming everything, and not sure what doc you saw who would put you on 1 test shot a month..

Ok sorry stats are 250 at 20% body fat 28 years old... I actually had multiple tests all concluding to low test levels.. The doc prescribing the shots was obviously not the smartest hence reason why I stopped going there... My goal is to get test levels straightened out and also to help my joints and ligs out which is why I'm going w deca.. Not too mention I would like to compete in powerlifting meet.. So I guess I have 2 goals.. Get my test levels going and start building muscle.. The purpose of me informing you of naturally low levels is so you guys have an idea of what I'm starting off with.

don't run deca for your joints. you are already complaining about libido so why would you run deca? bad choice.. plus at your body fat level deca is a horrendous choice anyway.

if you want to compete in powerlifting you must get your body fat down to make proper weight, otherwise you are wasting your time competing. you don't stand a chance against your peers at 250 who are muscle vs. you being 20% fat. does that make sense? so bottom line is get into proper conditioning and shape before thinking about steroids

if you want to improve your joints then start eating more omega's, nutritious food, krill oil, etc etc. and lessen the weight you are lifting.. that will help your joints

if you started eating better and got into proper shape your test levels would improve a lot. #1 reason for low T at a young age is improper nutrition, there are ample threads about this on here you can look at. so with that lets see your diet.. list your diet and be honest. don't post what you eat once or twice a week or what you plan on eating.. i want to know what you have been eating up till now

What's the point of asking what I'm eating right now? Back when my test levels were low I was 220 at 11% diet then was morning protein shake 2 hours later snack of chicken breast and 1/4 cup rice 3 hours later lunch some kind of fresh fruit 8 oz red meat 1/2 sweet potato 3 hours later can of tuna w 2 tbl spns of mayo and other half of sweet potato then gym then protein shake then dinner which usually was steamed veggies a serving of meat and cup of oatmeal w tbl spn of peanut butter or almond butter

Because people care, and it sounds like your BF is too high which is why people are asking about your diet

I didn't mean that question in harsh manner. I was asking to see if you guys are looking for my current diet or the one I was on when I discovered low test levels. You guys gotta spell some things out for me

Is your intention to stay on TRT for life, or are you wanting to try to get your body making a normal level? If the latter, then definitely avoid deca. If TRT for life seems inevitable, start reading up on the subject, how best to do it, AI's etc, and perhaps use the deca as a sort of 'blast' phase. It isn't going to do your libido any favours, so you'll want caber of prami (most here prefer caber, but prami does nicely for me....even not on deca, caber or prami can nicely increase your libido)
There is a bit of an obsession here with low bodyfat (most here are bodybuilders), my background is powerlifting, so I understand where you are coming from, though you still will be more competitive if a higher percentage of your weight is muscle, as opposed to fat...to a point....too low bf and strength suffers.
If, on the other hand, you want to try to get your body making more test, definitely avoid the deca, and diet an lifestyle become extremely important.
Actually...diet and lifestyle are important anyways, and currently relevant, to help you get the most of your TRT/cycle/lifting, so best listen to Steve on this, and post up current information, the more the better. (I do sometimes disagree with Steve on things like this, but he genuinely cares, and he is able and willing to help people who are willing to listen)

here is the thing. if you decide to run a cycle its not gonna make it any easier to improve your T levels long term. so you need to make a choice.. either you are gonna cycle and to hell with your T levels, or you are going to try and recover your T levels naturally and run more bloods to see your progress.

diet, working out, and natural T boosting supplements can improve your T levels .. how much we do not know but that is a smarter option than just giving up at 25 years old

i know you are impatient just like all guys in their 20's, however i like to fix the root problem first.. once that is resolved then cycle all you want.. but if you ignore the root problem it can spell diaster and you would be on HRT before 30 which makes no sense considering you even said you never even used hormones
