low carb diet...need for carb up?

I've been on a low carb for about 4-5 weeks...i typically just have a cheat day once a week and eat whatever but should i implement some type of set carb up diet? I typically have under 60-70 grams of carbs a day with the rest being protein and fat.
 
your refeed/carb up should still consist of clean foods, not McD's, BK and fast food restaurants. I'll give you an example...Normally, I try and keep my carbs <150g a day. On Sunday, I'll get in around 500-600g carbs while keeping my protein at around 200g and lowering my fat a bit
 
the cleaner you refeed the more efficacy will be attained by your dieting...you should definately have a carbup (over maintenance calories too) to restore muscle glycogen to expedite for workouts and keep up your thyroid output
