For the past two months Ive been working out pretty hard, Ive stepped up my diet, getting much more protien, carbs, etc than I am used to eating. Im taking CEE and I have several protien shakes through out the day. I am getting stronger, my muscles look bigger, Im not doing much cardio, and yet I stepped on a scale today, and it said I have lost a couple pounds. What the fuck? Am I doing something wrong?
