I have some loose skin issues, was a fat 330 back in 97. And it really sucks , I can only get my top 4 to show. if you stay lean, use some vit e lotion, try tanning, it should shrink in time. It could also be a estrogenic fat deposit. I remember reading a post on clen and femara for estrogenic fat.
In general, obesity or mild-obesity will tend to create a loose skin problem for dieters. I found a few things to be effective: (1) muscle build up in the area (2) lotions, creams, to help local skin tightening (3) further fat-loss, usually some is possible (4) supplementation, such as anti-oxidants and ALA
There are herbal treatments out there, but not many have proven to be fruitful.
Keep in mind, about 90% of cases have nothing to do with loose skin, but rather the need for further fat-loss.
