The Northstar motor is the worse engine ever designed.

The 350 Diesel V8 is the worst engine ever put in a Cadillac... But that's why I wanted one, LOL.

I agree with you 100% on a Camry or a Honda for reliability. If I wanted a European car, I'd probably look at the newer BMW 5 series Blue Diesel, or the Audi TDI. Best performance with the mileage of a Smart car. I think the Diesel is a BIG add-on to the sticker price (used or new), though.

my bmw never breaks down, nor does my uncles
basic repairs like brakes, belts etc isn't sky high priced if you go to an independent shop

I'm not too thrilled with the size of the 3 series though...I have a 5, my uncle has a 7

I won't own a cadillac...I dont think...not a fan of GM
and mercedes is kinda meh to me

I love my Lexus. I have owned a lot of cars in my time however nothing compares to my LS460.

yeah...I like a toyota (lexus)..but it rubs me the wrong way to spend big bucks on a glorified toyota...much like an audi or an infiniti

bang for the buck tho I really liked my maxima a lot and was heartbroken when the husband waffled it

if I could buy anything right now Id get a turbo xc90..but Im pretty sure thats the rebranded ford volvo...so..idk

I hate everything from its featherweight doors to its bad dash layout and its shitty cornering

we have a dodge stratus that I will drive over the subbie ..so thats really sayin something

my thought exactly...

my vote? honda accord...i bought one new in 1996, gave it to my dad when it had 170,000 on it...has over 250,000 on it now...still doesn't burn any oil...just turn the key and it fires right up and runs like a swiss wristwatch...never did a damn thing to it except fluid and filter changes, brakes, exhaust, struts and timing belt changed at required interval.

yeah...I gave my ex mother in law a corolla I had at 170k and its now a little over 250k...its rotting out tho...but still runs perfect
whats weird tho is a shop I worked at we changed tons of camry motors...idk if its because the guy is well pricede and is something of toyota expert or what...but we replaced a shitload of em

lol, Subaru's are hand built and the company only builds 250 thousand of them a year. It is undoubtable the most dependable vehicle ever. I cant stand the design however they are bullet proof.
