Looking for a new Diet...

toga22

SideShow Freak
The end of August I took on another Full Time job in order to gain more "hands on experience" in my field. So between the 2 jobs I am putting in 19-20 hour workdays, which does not leave much time for anything else. So, I usually am able to get one workout in during the week, and 3 on the weekend, (Fri, Sat, Sun). Unforunately, I really don't get a "good" workout in until Sat/Sun. My biggest problem with this schedule is eating, I just don't have the time to prepare meals as before, and am looking for quick and easy on-the-go type meals. I have been doing protein shakes mainly, but come around 10 a.m. I get huge sugar/carb cravings. I don't want my meals to be very "heavy" either, or to ever feel "full"...because then I get tired.

I am looking into Mr. X's Natural Peanut butter diet...but are there any other suggestions as to a possible diet plan... I don't want to come out of this whole thing by losing to much ground. I am planning to continue working like this until May, and would still like to be in good enough shape to compete (triathalons) in the summer.

Any suggestions? All and any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the suggestion..if I got those "tuna" pouch things...I am not sure about rice though...

I usually eat brown rice, and am not sure if they come in those microwave bowl deals....

Did you try the PB diet?!?
