Got my new log today...got a great deal on it too. Been sick but my new log was just the remedy that I needed to get back into the gym tonight Had a weak one...being sick and strong anti-b's stink.

If you have never tried a log before...the handles are inside the log, 8" in diameter, parallel grip, handles 24-27" apart. Very difficult to clean. Basically...whatever you can clean...you can press.

i just started with some standing military presses....which now i look like a bitch struggling with 135. LOL. ah well, it will come up quickly.
