OK check this...I am 5"6', 164lbs, 9% body fat..i dont do cardio but once every 2 weeks for like 30 mics..my abs are tight, BUT on my lower two there is a little THIN layer of skin and FATTIE tissue...HOW CAN I MAKE THIS GO AWAY!!!!..i've tried everything but alot of cardio, strictly for the reason that I am gaining weight by the week...help me..
 
well....... depending on how young you are it could be a little bit of baby fat.......... or water......... just keep you diet tight to avoid adding more cardio
 
Best way to go after fat around the middle is diet. You're body fat is already pretty low. Have you been eating any differently?
 
Great abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym !

Check your macros, I would lower the carb intake up the protein a little + do cardio 3x a week burning 400 calories per session.. No offense but once every 2 wks is useless for fat burning...
 
Well, i am 21, and my diet is very strict...I take alot of supplements, but stay away from Carbs. and fat..,
I intake about 250G of protein and 4000-5000 cal...i eat strict (never fatst food)..throughtout the coarse of my day i eat nitro-tech bars and egg salad(cuz i love the shit) and tuna with mayo light and no bread...i dont think it's baby fat b/c my abs use too be really tight and now i've been juicin' for 16weeks..
 
ITs a combination of things.............are you retaining water from AS.............stop eating nitro-tech bars, they are loaded with carbs......what kind of egg salad are we talking about here(loaded with mayo)
Drink lots of water, cardio 3-4 times a week, your diet must be clean...............no bars:) eat every 2-3 hours........high in protein and stay away from starchy carbs......except after your workouts....you need some fat in your system like Flax seed.........WATER WATER WATER.
Oh yeah, dont forget that for a man, the lover abs and the love handles are the last place for stubborn fat cells to dissapear........

NO, i am a fuckin' animal in the gym, I go 2 on and 1 off....the bars have only 9G of Carbs in it...and 35G of protein...I cut out my cardio, because i cant seem too gain weight with cardio....the egg salad is just lettuce and cheese with egg whites, no mayo..ummm good.:)..I am currently on my 16th week of Test200 at 3 cc's a week.....I am not blaoted or anything, i just cant seem too rid that little fat!!....i am still bulking up so is this just something i am gonna have too deal with?...i am on my way too gaining about another 25 lbs..so maybe i should just same fuck it and wait till it's cutting time?
