OK check this...I am 5"6', 164lbs, 9% body fat..i dont do cardio but once every 2 weeks for like 30 mics..my abs are tight, BUT on my lower two there is a little THIN layer of skin and FATTIE tissue...HOW CAN I MAKE THIS GO AWAY!!!!..i've tried everything but alot of cardio, strictly for the reason that I am gaining weight by the week...help me..
